Refund and Return Policy

 

This Refund and Return Policy is required to be read part and parcel with the Terms and Conditions available on the Website.

This Refund and Return Policy sets out the following: (i) rules for returning products; (ii) in which circumstances is the customer liable to receive a refund and (iii) how the customer can contact us.

1. Reprint

In case you have received a product which is materially defected as defined below and you are desirous of returning it to us and getting it exchanged, you may contact us, within 30 days of product delivery, at the following e-mail address: info@jesus-gear.com.

• If the product you have received is materially defected; or
• If we are unable to deliver the Product to you (advance payment for this is required).

In this situation, please provide us with complete details pertaining to what went wrong, your confirmation order, and a photo if the product in question came defected so we can tally the same with our records.

If we determine that you are liable for a reprint, please note that the same will be done within 30 days at no additional cost to you.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• If the product you have received is materially defected; or
• If we are unable to deliver the Product to you (advance payment for this is required).

AND

• We have already attempted to reprint and resend your product to you

You will not be liable to receive a reprint or refund if you are not happy with the product which you have received. Please note that whilst we aim to provide you with the best services and our goods are top of the line, we cannot be held responsible, in any manner whatsoever, if you choose the wrong product.

Please be very sure before proceeding to check out and payment. Double check that what you have selected is correct, the right size and color as per your requirements.

In this circumstance, materially defected means products which are not true to size, for example, in the event you request for a size small and we send you a size extra large, or, if the product, upon arrival is broken or torn. You are requested to take a picture immediately along with the receipt and payment token and contact us by providing the complete details along with attaching the pictures. We shall determine, at our discretion, the percentage of the refund which shall be payable to you. Under normal circumstances, the refund will cover the production and shipping costs of your product. We will not refund tax that may have been charged. Please note that the refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of complaint in the mode and manner as determined by us.

If we need to reroute your product to you because of an inaccurate shipping address, we will charge the additional shipping fees necessary to complete your product delivery.

It is reiterated that if you are unhappy with your purchase, you shall not be liable for a return or a refund. Additionally, you are solely responsible for providing us with correct, true and honest information. You are further required to ensure that you have selected the right options and shipping information which were made available to you.

If we need to reroute your product to you because of an inaccurate shipping address, we will charge the additional shipping fees necessary to complete your product delivery.

In the event you wish to cancel your order once the same has been placed and payment has been made, the same may be done within 24 hours. In such event, we shall contact you in order to ascertain why you wish to cancel your order, upon receiving confirmation, we may cancel the same and refund any monies paid by you directly in the mode and manner as determined by us. After 24 hours, your product will be in Production and can no longer be edited or cancelled.
