What is the typical delivery time?
Delivery is normally 7-10 days, but can take up to 2 full weeks. If you see your item still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us and we will help locate your package.Â
Can I see the tracking for my order?
You can go into your profile’s Dashboard. From there, click the Orders section, click the View button next to your order, and you will see your tracking details under the Order Updates section.
Can I speed up my delivery?
In most cases, we can speed up the delivery time for a fee. Please reach out and we can determine the cost and new delivery time.

What is a partner?
We like to partner with designers so they can display their love of the Lord and make an income. If you would like to display your artwork, you can send us a message. We will only ask for a small percentage of all sales made on your design.Â

MY item wasn't the Quality I expected.
If you receive an item that does not have the quality we expect at Jesus-Gear, please reach out to us with a picture as soon as possible. We can either refund you or resend you another item with the quality it should be.
